Return and Refund Policy
At JAYAMBEY TRADERS, we strive to ensure that your shopping experience is smooth and satisfying. We have specific guidelines around returns and refunds to maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance with legal regulations.
1. Returns Policy
We do not accept returns of the following items:
- Opened, used, or tampered products
- Any product not purchased directly from our website
2. Return Eligibility (For Damaged or Incorrect Orders Only)
We only accept return or replacement requests if:
- You receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, and
- You notify us within 3 days of receiving the product, with proof (photos or video)
- If approved replaced product will be delivered within 15 days
To initiate a return request, please email us at hello@trippycart.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Supporting images or videos of the damaged/incorrect item
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:
- Your order was cancelled before shipping
- The item you ordered is out of stock, and we are unable to fulfill it
- A return was approved due to damage or shipping error (see above)
Once your refund is approved, it will be credited to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
4. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
5. Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds for:
- Buyer’s change of mind
- Orders refused upon delivery
- Delays caused by third-party courier services
6. Shipping Costs
- If your return is approved due to a JAYAMBEY TRADERS error (wrong/damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If not, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
